Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability of room,
however, request must be directed and reconfirmed with hotel directly and it may
be chargeable by the Management.
Children below 5 yrs of age will be complimentary sharing parent’s bed.
Children between- 6 to 11 yrs age (without extra bed) will be charged for breakfast
& meal only as per Plan.
Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages or loss of the hotel property
Hotel may deny check-in to unmarried / unrelated couple, No refund will be
applicable in such case.
All disputes are subject to South District (Namchi), South Sikkim jurisdiction only.
Cancellation Charges:-
Cancellation before 21 days from the date of Check-In : No retention
Cancellation before 15 to 21 days from the date of check-In:- 30% Retention.
Cancellation before 7 to 15 days from the date of Check-In:- 50% Retention.
Cancellation before 7 days from the date of Check-In:- 100% Retention.
Hotel’s rules and regulations are binding.
10% Service charge for room service (Food).

2. No extra charge for Child, age below 5 years, sharing bed with parents
3. GST-12% applicable (on the above rate)
4. TAC 20 % to B2B partners (effective on room tariff only i.e. EP)
